And it’s one of those catch-22 situations. The characters are worthless and take a ton of gear. Unfortunately, Bistan’s U-Wing is not a good investment. That’s the only way for Rebels to even try against Malevolence and Negotiator. Rebels are solid, but for real long-term use Bistan’s U-Wing is almost required.

With Malevolence and Negotiator behind the Geo TB wall, Rebels are the best you can do. You’re probably never going to see a FO or Resistance fleet in the arena, at least with things as they are now. You’ll have issues against Malevolence and Negotiators, but assuming the other people in your fleet arena are about where you are, that’s a far-off concern. Tarkin, Thrawn, and Windu all get pushed aside pretty easily. Rebels will outperform most of the other early game fleets. The bad news is that’s going to be pretty much from scratch. The good news is you need BH for Chewie (and BH ships for the Falcon). After that, then the best fleet you can do right now would be Rebels. Definitely make sure to get the zeta challenge done so you can start getting those. So realistically, I would probably set my sights on Rebels. At a certain point, those guilds start wanting to push for LS and that’s insanely difficult. It’s not impossible, but even then, I wouldn’t expect it to be a guild getting a lot of stars in it. But I’m not really sure about being able to get into a guild running DS Geo TB with only about 500k GP.

It looks like you’re doing pretty good for your GP and that will help you going forward.

And they do work better at lower star counts to compensate because they aren’t getting any stats from a pilot.Īll that being said, I wouldn’t really plan on getting either of them anytime soon. So as long as you 7-star them, you’re all set. The Malevolence, on the other hand, is a lot more early-game friendly because the Hyena Bomber and Vulture Droid have no pilots. It heavily relies on the pilots to do well, so that just isn’t viable. You’re not even close to that, so Negotiator is pretty much out the window right then and there. Having GAS is a big step towards the Negotiator fleet because you end up gearing just about all the pilots you’re going to use in the process to G13 and above. Most of the early people who were picking one or the other tended to be higher GP, so they usually has GAS. It’s one of those things where a lot comes down to where you are in your account.
